In case you are tired of the classical windows Start Menu look, you may install and run Clock Startson, an application which changes your Start Menu appearance into a digital or analog clock. Features include reminders which can be set for certain days and hours. You can choose from six clock formats. You also need Flash player 6 for Internet Explorer.
Pluses: You can schedule applications to be started at a certain time.
Drawbacks / flaws: Five out of six clocks also display the date, so it seems to be a bit redundant to have the date and time displayed on each low corner of your desktop. When you press the Win+Esc keys, buttons appear instead of the clock, but their use is not properly explained in the Help files.
In conclusion: Customize your Windows Start Menu with an alarm clock. Nice, but not extraordinarily helpful.
