Security Task Manager is a very useful application which allows you to have an accurate overview of all the running processes.
The program detects basically every running process on your machine. You also have an option of viewing only the "Windows System Processes". Each process is rated according to the potential risk of containing malware. A high rating doesn't necessarily mean that a program is malware, but it might have components typically found in malware. The dangerous processes can be quarantined, meaning that their access to trusted resources will be restricted.
Each process is presented in an accurate manner, so that you can find out all the information linked to it: name, rating, CPU and memory usage, full path, type, start time, description, manufacturer/product. If you still think that the data isn't accurate, you can "Google it", meaning that the program will open a Web browser window where you can find additional info updated by other users and links to the manufacturer.
Pluses: SpyProtector contains tools to protect your computer from keylogger, spyware and trojans. SpyProtector protects your privacy by deleting traces of your Internet and computer activity, warns you in case changes are detected in the Registry, prevents keyboard input monitoring and protects you from monitoring software. The interface is intuitive, well designed and make the program to be very easy to use.
