IP Refresh is a DHCP client diagnostic tool for Windows NT 4.0, 2000 and XP. It is an enhanced version of ipconfig and winipcfg. In addition to the IP configuration and operating system information, IP Refresh allows non administrators to run the equivalent of ipconfig release and renew which is normally reserved for administrators only.
