Driver Genius Professional Edition 2005 wants to be a professional device drivers management tool with backup and restore functions for all your installed drivers. But in fact it doesn't succeed. Compared to Driver Magician, this application is slower when does the backup and restore functions. After you will create a compressed backup file with autorun, you will realize that at the restore step, the autorun will just extract the files, and then you'll have to manually restore the files. The extract function and the restore functions are not done by the application in just one step like Driver Magician does. The application consists in all the needed functions for the driver management: backup, restore, update, uninstall and LiveUpdate which connects you to their database where you can find new versions of the drivers you have installed on your OS.

Drawbacks / flaws: 2 steps restore function, the main processes are slow.
In conclusion: If you step the first time on this application and you are in a hurry, you can use it, but there are other applications much more powerful.
