The program will copy emails sent via local email clients and send to your specified address. You need to make sure that the email address where the copies will be sent is valid, otherwise the monitored user will receive messages about undelivered mail and your cover will be blown.

Drawbacks / flaws: You must be aware of the fact that you can't monitor emails sent using Web based email services such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Google, etc. The program isn't very stable, causing a couple of system crashes.
