Basically an office organizer or a computerized to-do list, if you like, the Handy Dandy Planner is a replacement for those long lists you have been used to. It is a reliable tool, suitable for home, school, or business use, with a simple interface that is easy to use with powerful features. You can easily add, edit, delete or print your tasks. You can set the tasks into categories and, once completed, you can hide them. You can also keep a multiple task list, e.g. for every member of the family, or you can protect your very personal tasks with passwords.
Version 2.5 adds new toolbar options, improved handling of unscheduled tasks, updated Help info, integrated purchase option.
Pluses: Since you can save your schedule in .mdb file format, you can carry it with you on a usb storage device or PDA and use and modify it on workstations in several locations e.g. home, work. Simple and object realted.
Drawbacks / flaws: Quite basic options, not extemely versatile or innovative. Supports only mdb formats, so you cannot import or export text or tables.
In conclusion: An average organizer suitable for a everyone, yet a bit expensive. One should try other similar products as well.
