Ming Bandwidth Monitor allows you to have an accurate perspective of your network activity over long periods of time. The program will monitor all Internet activity and display realtime windows showing the upload/download speed. Options include monitoring all network interfaces or only selected network interfaces, you can be notified by playing a sound every time your traffic goes below a threshold you have previously set. This is very useful when you need a constant connection, without droputs. The program has options of displaying four traffic windows: "Internet and LAN", "Internet", "LAN", "Internet (all PCs on the LAN)".
Pluses: The program will display the traffic history in reports which can be viewed in the "Statistics" section. Statistics can be set to display intervals hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly traffic.
