WebReaper works its way through a Web site downloading pages, pictures, and so on for viewing offline. The sites are saved locally as a fully-browsable Web site, opened with either Netscape or Opera, or saved into the Internet Explorer cache.
What's new
This version solves a few problems with stability that were present in v9.6 and earlier builds. It also adds Internet Explorer 'Favourites' to WebReaper, allowing you to Add links to your Favourites directly from WebReaper, as well as reaping sites in your Favourites list simply by selecting them from the Favourites menu. v9.8 also solves the problem in v9.7 which meant that the WebReaper failed to start on NT4.0 systems.
WebReaper has now dropped its AdWare status, and is now FreeWare for non-commercial use. However, if you like WebReaper and use it regularly, please register to show your appreciation and to contribute towards future development.
