Gnutella Lite allows you to search and find multiple files at the same time, available in several different languages, and is ease-to-use. A completely new media player supports OGGs, MP3s and other known media files. Users can browse the network for the most recent content additions. This new version has also implemented Turbo Charged - a special acceleration algorithm that will permit you to search and download faster than other p2p programs. Great free program!
How it works:
To begin using the program at full capacity, it only takes 2 minutes for installation and configuration. Then make sure you are connected to the Internet.
For a search , just type the keyword you are looking for in the 'Search' box and click the 'Search' button. This will start a search and the results will be displayed on the right area of the screen. To perform a new search, just change the keywords in the 'Search for:' box and click the 'Search' button again.
To download a file that has been located through a search, click the 'Download' button or double click on the file. Alternatively, you can click the right mouse button and select download.
In order for everyone to benefit from the teamwork, you need to share files in accordance with the end user license agreement. Successful peer-to-peer is a two way street.
