Tabbed interface and redesigned menu, these are the first things to be noticed once you started Internet Explorer 7. Improved security with anti phishing filters and RSS Filters, but it's buggy ( not all the feeds are standardized and not all formats are recognised.
Pluses: This version of Internet Explorer is intended to enable developers, web developers and IT professionals to begin to test the new browser for compatibility with their applications and Web sites. Internet Explorer 7 beta 2 preview includes advancements in security and browsing experience for end users, functionality and compatibility for developers, and manageability for corporate network administrators.
Drawbacks / flaws: Lots of installation and uninstall problems, sometimes the help section doesn't work properly, lots of bugs. The menu buttons are not customizable: the address bar comes between the back button and the refresh button, which makes it a bit difficult to handle, since these buttons are not grouped together; still no download manager included, so, if your download is interrupted by mistake, you have to start it over again.
In conclusion: If you consider only regular web browsing, it is recommended to wait for the final release.
