This is quite a good example of useless freeware. Although its easy to use (open a new page in your browser, click on the "Pick-a-Proxy button" and choose a proxy from the list), the program doesn't work.
The new settings do not apply even after restarting Internet Explorer and the proxy checker detected the same IP no matter how many times I have chosen a proxy server.
