MP3 WAV Editor is an application designed for ripping audio CDs, converting MP3s to WAV and the other way around, splitting and joining MP3s into MP3 or WAV outputs. You can also listen to music (MP3s or m3u playlists) in the inbuilt audio player. You can edit the output files' ID3 tag and you can select MP3 encoding settings; version, channel mode, sample rate, constant or variable bitrate.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: The program crashed a couple of times, especially when we tried to edit the ID3 tags, which we were not able to edit at all.
In conclusion: This version is not very stable, though it it easy to use and nicely designed; not of very much use though, when put through the test.
