If you want to get a full relaxation at work or at home, SHARM can help you do this. With the help of an ambient sound, SHARM ca create a special mood.
There are some predefined samples that can be used to see how it works. If you will open them you will see that SHARM works like a MIDI machine. On the left panel you will see the sampler sounds and instruments.
Based on sessions of 8 minutes, the software can divide them in intervals like: Relaxation, Meditation, Refresh, Start ot Exit.
On every interval you should feel different moods, from relaxation to a need of sleep and again a sensation of refreshment. Depending on what you choose to hear, you can explore, self-hypnosis and alter states of consciousness.
If you are not satisfied with the default samples, then you can edit your own. You can even save the sound if you wish to hear it later.
